Summer Trip last 042008

So, we went to Carmen to visit relatives sa father’s side.
I was not having that much fun there. Hmp!

But then anyways..
While we were on the way, Mik2 called us and asked if we could go kart racing with them later.
Of course!! Excited nga kami eh!!

We reached Kart Zone almost 2:30pm..
Php250.00 for one-seater karts and Php300.00 for two-seaters.(8laps)

I had a one-seater kart.

Waaaaaah!! I dunno what to say!! I just got addicted to it!!
“More addicting than dota, mas masakit naman sa bulsa” (–,”)

I wasn’t able to bump off any wheels!^^ weeeeeh!!
I was so happy! (feeling xpert?? nyahaha)
My only problem was that the helmet is just too big for me. (–.)
And my hair keeps on covering my face.
Pero go pa rin!! weeeeeh!!! (^-^)//

Here are some pics after we finished 8 laps..

After that, we went on another mountaintop na naman..
This time, HORSES!!! hahaha
But we didn’t ride them, instead, we just had some sweet corn, snacks, and pictures taken.
And we were just wandering around the golf course.

Summer Trip last 041808

The trip

I woke up at 4:45am.(so early huh?? (@.@))
Then we had to leave at 6am so that we could attend the six o’clock mass at Our Lady of Fatima Parish. We then had our “new” Isuzu car [crosswind] blessed by the parish priest.

After that, we went to fetch our cousin, Mik2, who would be going with us during the trip.
We were having our ‘usual’ talks inside the vehicle. And when i say usual, it would mean all those ‘puns’, teases and uber super loud laughs.

We passed by SRP(South Reclamation Project) and, well again, as usual, mag’aala’ignorante. As if we have never seen the ocean before, the mountains, etc.
Simala was a really far place. (nasa mountains!!)

When we arrived, we took some pictures. Here are some..

Owkei.. so we wrote some personal intentions here(^.^) and drop them dun sa parang small confession cubicle.

Then we bought some souvenirs – 4 colored candles(pink, violet, yellow, blue) and a purple rosary.
We then attended the 10 o’clock mass.

After that, we went down nah to have our lunch.
We dunno where else to go to. But then, on the way home, we passed by crocolandia and decided to visit the place.(it’s my 2nd time there^^)

The entrance fee increased to Php80.00 so we were kinda hesitant to go in, but then, fortunately, my mother was feeling a bit generous and so she paid for it.

Weeeeeeh!! Crocodiles!!!!^^

But there were animals other than crocodiles there(^.^’)
There were birds(eagle, owl, common kroel[!?], umbrella ***[forgot], ostriches), fish, snakes, iguanas, tarsier, etc.

The funny part is when some staffs of ABS CBN approached us for some footage and interview.
My cousin and sister were interviewed and said that they would be airing this maybe wednesday next week(that would be 042308) in “Maayong buntag Pilipinas”

After that, we went to talk to someone who was cutting grass inside one of the ponds! My gosh! And that croc was staring at him!! waaaaah!!
We then came to learn a lot of things about crocodiles from him(^-^b

We then went to their mini playground and played. (well, actually, i was just sitting around)
Then we went home.

That was definitely one of the best things that happen this summer break. Better yet, maybe this signifies that my summer vacation has started!^_____^
